Associate Software Engineer — Optimiser (Mar 2026 – Jul 2026, Remote)

Enforced server-side charge posting restrictions across 8 Venue Booking pages via MongoDB server events, closing a critical client-side bypass vulnerability.
Engineered Default Case Owner, SLA First Response, and SLA Business Hours configurations for the Cases module, enabling priority-based targets and time-zone-aware elapsed-time tracking.
Re-platformed a Marketing Analytics Archive Service from CommonJS to ESM on Node.js 22, migrating AWS SDK v2 to v3 (S3, SES) with zero business-logic regression.
Fixed a production S3 bucket/key mismatch and an SDK v3 cross-region redirect regression, and added divide-by-zero guards on rate calculations to prevent corrupt MongoDB Decimal128 values.
Migrated RFP Region from Dropdown to Multi-Select via an idempotent migration script, preserving full backward compatibility with existing production data.

Implemented secure authentication & authorization with JWT, bcrypt password hashing, OTP email verification, RBAC, protected routes, and API rate limiting.
