Pull Request Overview
This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow to automate the release process using Release Please. The workflow will trigger on pushes to the main branch and manage versioning and changelog generation automatically.
Key changes:
- Addition of a new GitHub Actions workflow file for automated releases
