Description

  • Keep info@microcks.io as the private project-level reporting route.
  • Add conduct@cncf.io as an independent CNCF Code of Conduct reporting route.
  • Cover reports involving Maintainers, conflicts of interest, cross-project incidents and reporters preferring CNCF handling.
  • Link the CNCF incident-resolution, anonymous-reporting and jurisdiction procedures.
  • Require conflicted Maintainers to recuse themselves from confidential handling and decisions.
  • Align closed incident meetings in GOVERNANCE.md with the reporting and escalation process.

This update addresses the Code of Conduct escalation recommendation raised during the CNCF project review.

Once merged, the central governance files will be replicated to the Microcks repositories where they are needed and relevant.
