For international Promo cards, the Collector Id can contain letters as well as numbers, such as for FFXIV Arcane Denial and Legacy Championship Cards As a result, the normal set_and_number function cant be used with these cards. I dint really see an alternative function that would cover my use case, and dint want to change the existing function for backwards comparability, so I added a new one. Not sure on the naming, there is probably something better.
