This is the final project for Google Advanced Data Analytics course.
The goal of the project is to
- Provide data driven recommendations to improve employee retension at a fictional company based on their HR data.
- Create a model to predict who is likely to leave.
Analysis, model building and conclusions can are all in the notebook Analysis.ipynb.
