What's Changed

• IMPORTANT: A bug in the reporting of NG50/NG90 values for benchmarked assemblies has been fixed. Please re-run old runs with v1.1.0 or higher for correct values!!!
• More efficient handling for re-launched runs. Won't re-create files if they already exist
• Easier configuration to run on non-HG002 genome benchmarks--see https://gqc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/newgenomes.html
• New "multiplot" command creates comparison plots of GQC assemblybench output for multiple assemblies--see https://gqc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/multiplot.html
