Moved files to better organize files for different simulators. Also edited the Manifest to keep the relative imports right.

Added testbench which loop through I and Q values and asserts if the output amplitude and phase are whithin a given tolerance value.

Added a testbench for the
cordic_core.vhd, which loop through varios X and Y values and compare the output with the expected amplitude and phase.Also moved the other files to a modelsim folder.
