BlockStorageContextualMetrics feature flag added.

How to test 🧪

  • Run pnpm dev.
  • Navigate to /volumes/<volume>.
  • Open developer tools.
  • Toggle "Block Storage Contextual Metrics" feature flag.
  • Observe "Metrics" tab appears in the list of tabs.
