OK, this revision has a bit more information, but there is this mysterious lib/CMakeLists.txt file. And the text says "If the pico-sdk isn't in your path, it will be cloned into the /lib directory on build" which is then followed by contradictory instructions to manually download. Should the CMakeLists.txt file be removed? Or should it be used? How should it be used?
