Basic implementation of the R-Rosace paper in LF using Watchdogs. This builds on top of the previously existing Rosace.lf example.
On every tenth timer tick, i.e. every 50ms, our response should be 3 ms slower than usual, which triggers the Watchdog that has a minimum expiration of 7 ms and switches the reactor mode to use the next available controller.
