Windows10 - Run Demo with 100% GPU usage?

hi, I build this cool project with vs2017 x64 release

when i run demo , my GPU reach 100% usage.

When move camera ,it's feel lag

High GPU usage in a shader demo is often expected. If VSync or an FPS limit isn't enabled, the application will render as many frames as possible and keep the GPU fully occupied. Try enabling VSync, setting a frame cap (e.g. 60 or 144 FPS), reducing resolution, or disabling some post-processing effects to see if GPU usage drops.
