Update all component tags

• Global default tag has been significantly expanded with more blocks/tags to allow for a wider range of block selection
• Global default tag has been split in 2 different tags:
  • The global default excluding vanilla variants and the original global default
  • The point of this separation is that any non vanilla matching blocks (i.e. posts) can include the global default to match any viable block
  • Any vanilla matching block (i.e. fences) can include the "global default excluding vanilla", this tag only includes any blocks that do not have any slab/stair/wall/fence variations. The specific tags such as wall_materials then reinclude all blocks that do not have a wall variant of a block. This way no vanilla blocks can be duplicated in the cutter.
• All of the individual block materials have been reduced to only include global default, nothing else, to reduce clutter
