BOOKS

• Add "loaned" to books when it has been loaned out (add to schema?)
• Change the view to have the new book as a partial in book#index

STUDENT

• Need New & Create methods
• Need Edit & Update methods

LOANS

• Need to update books so that only one student can loan at a time
• Make the checkout method just archive a loan so that it can still be pulled up
• Need to add new and create methods
• In create method, need to switch the book's loaned status to true

NAVBAR

• Need to update the JS so that the current tab is highlighted

CSS

• Everything

Need to change the loans on all pages to only loans where active.
