Support of Raspberry PI PICO CPU (RP2040) and new hardware OpenCW Keyer MK3 based on Seeed Studio XIAO RP2040.
If you would like to use the RP2040 board, you need to enable #define ARDUINO_RP2040. There are only changes around EEPROM and HW definition.
This first commit needs extensive testing.
