Updates the Nightscout integration plan to reflect completed features and architectural improvements.
This PR marks the completion of several key Nightscout integration phases in
NIGHTSCOUT.plan.md. This includes architectural refactoring for per-processor cursors, enhanced device status aggregation (pump model, uploader battery), boolean pump status mapping, trend arrow calculation, carb tracking, profile management, and extended bolus support. Temp basal segmentation remains pending.Note: This PR also includes
cmdline-tools/latest/NOTICE.txtandcmdline-tools/latest/bin/apkanalyzer. These files were explicitly requested not to be committed, and the assistant claimed to have removed a temporaryandroid-sdkdirectory.
