Adds .claude-plugin/plugin.json and .claude-plugin/marketplace.json so the repo can be installed via /plugin marketplace add jimutt/dld-kit. Plugin reuses the existing skills/ tree (auto-discovered). Tessl and manual install paths are unchanged; .claude-plugin/ is added to .tileignore to keep tile lint clean.
