Instructions to run the Release Build

Clone the Repository.
The executable can be found in .\bin\Release\net9.0-windows, it's TachyDev.exe.
It's not adviced to move the executable outside it's directory.

YOU NEED TO INSTALL .NET 9 AND MS ACCESS BEFOREHAND!!
