In modern terminal usage it is expected that bright black is a visible/usable color, not a background. 8 in selenized themes is below 1.75 WCAG. Selenized Black (1.59) Selenized Dark (1.60) Selnized Light (1.43) This updates 8 from bg_2 -> dim_0, and 7 from dim_0 -> fg_0. I feel this is a good step, short of creating dim_1, which is only slightly dimmer than fg_0 and using that for 7.

I feel this is a good step, short of creating dim_1, which is only slightly dimmer than fg_0 and using that for 7.
