Update Sublime TextMate based themes

This updates the existing Sublime TextMate based dark theme:

• makes it clear via additional properties what kind of theme it is
• adds authorship information
• gives it the appropriate display and file name

Additionally, a light theme has been added created with the help of themer .

Just FYI a modern .sublime-color-scheme implementation now also exists.

Thanks for letting me know! However, my main concern was providing the theme files for bat which to the best of my knowledge only supports the .tmTheme format.
