Add CostPilot and ContextKit

Description

Adding two free, open-source developer tools:

• CostPilot → Usage Analytics & Cost Tracking — Free web-based Claude Code cost analyzer that parses JSONL usage logs for per-session token breakdown, cost tracking, and waste detection. Client-side, privacy-first.
• ContextKit → Configuration & Context Management — Free web-based generator that creates CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules, codex.md, and GEMINI.md config files from a single form. Client-side, no data sent to servers.

Both tools are open source on GitHub and live at nova-labs.dev.
