Extension is removing ?fbclid= parameter from URL

This repo currently contains two variants of Extension:

branch master: Idle non-blocking variant (removing parametr after Page loaded, this variant)
~~branch plus: PLUS blocking variant (removing parametr before page navigation)~~ - deprecated
