Reuse a set of AnzoClient (http client infrastructure) for performing the health checks to avoid an issue where healthchecks fail after a long period of time (client socket leak potentially?)
Also added some available configuration (env variables) to be able to customize the healthcheck period via a cron statement, as well as disable healthchecks entirely.
