Contrib extensions are not packaged with Imply Druid. This will help speed up build time as we no longer have to compile the extensions only to throw them away later in the build process. This preserves: * materialized-view-selection and materialized-view-maintenance which are packaged in 3.0.x * moving-average and distinctcount - because I was not sure if they would be packaged
