Technically, I have led the design of large-scale services using React, React Native, and TypeScript. I build stable and maintainable products with a pragmatic, domain-driven frontend architecture. I also enjoy improving team productivity by enhancing infrastructure, such as automating deployments and building incident response systems.

In my work, I lead teams with clear goals and measurable outcomes, such as OKRs and KPIs, to ensure we move in the right direction. I leverage tools like Scrum and Kanban boards to maintain visibility and help the team progress efficiently.
