The PSP subcortical atlas - a neuroimaging atlas for progressive supranuclear palsy Richardson's Syndrome (PSP-RS)
The PSP subcortical atlas was developed on 43 subjects with PSP-RS with T1w and QSM data. The atlas can segment the caudate, putamen, globus pallidus, substantia nigra, subthalamic nucleus, red nucleus, and thalamus on multimodal data and T1w images alone. The PSP atlas is currently being prepared as an Apptainer container to be made publically available.
