Pull request overview
Updates CHANGELOG.md to refine wording and add/adjust issue/PR links for recent entries, keeping the project’s release notes consistent and better referenced.
Changes:
- Add additional issue/PR references to existing “Added” entries in the Unreleased section.
- Reorder and reword several “Changed” entries (including updating link targets).
- Minor wording fixes in the v24.12 section.
