cevio is not playwright, but you get the ok ish finetuned translator from the web

• download musicXMLtoLabel.exe, put it in NEUTRINO/bin (you only have to do this once)
• download rule.js, put it in NEUTRINO

run conversion as normal. only pure vietnamese lyrics is yet supported.
