Support inference_secret in k8s operator

Changelog: Added support for session summarizer resources to the Kubernetes operator.

This PR also includes support for using Kubernetes secrets through secret:// URIs.

Caveats:

• inference_secret has a write-only spec, so it needed a special treatment.
• Test logic is implemented here, but the actual test function will be pushed separately in https://github.com/gravitational/teleport.e/pull/8011, as it has to be placed in the enterprise repo.

Tested manually, along with #63553:

• creating resources
• updating resources
• deleting resources
• Kubernetes secret lookup
