Adds 4 new changelog entries:

1. Search Documents by Title — The document list now has a search box, so you can find the exact document you need by typing its title instead of scrolling and filtering through the full list.

2. Identity Avatars for People — Upload a profile photo for anyone in your organization and it now shows up on people lists and owner cells, replacing the plain initials placeholder with a real face.
