Adds GRC_Claw (github.com/AAH20/GRC_Claw), an open-source, MIT-licensed GRC automation engine with a 27,596-mapping control crosswalk corpus spanning 13 frameworks and 824 controls, plus a CLI, SDK, and Terraform provider. Follows the existing format and Open Source badge convention used elsewhere in the GRC section.
