The original URL is no longer accessible and while the file URL is, it is extremely flaky with a lot of errors 503 when trying to access it. It is no longer feasible to rely on it in CI.
I have uploaded the same dataset to Zenodo with the same license and attribution as the original has and linked to that. It should be more reliable.
