We changed the Go modulewrapper capabilities to: * Use pubExpMode=random for sigVer * Include additional truncated SHA2-512 and SHA-3 hashes where supported This commit updates the trimmed RSA sigGen vectors/expected with data generated using these updated RSA capabilities.
