More context in gentoo/gentoo#44644 about why the overlay was started. The Hyprland environment is changing often and requires regularly new packages to maintain, which didn't really work with the current maintenance by proxy maintainers. An overlay will enable us to be more collaborative to catch up with upstream. |

As per discussion with @thesamesam and @negril it'll be better to (try) and maintain hypr-* related stuff in an overlay.
I've got @aruhier's contributions there, and we've agreed to co-maintain this overlay. More people always welcome.
