elixir should be annotated as funding I think https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy-hub/blob/main/content/ORGANISATIONS.yaml#L284
see here:
tags should follow a very simple ontology: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy-hub/blob/main/content/TAGS.yaml ... you can add new tags e.g. "staffexchange" but we should keep it minimal.
