• improve the Cabrillo export:
  • add a dialog to enter Cabrillo data before exporting
  • open the contest upload page after exporting the Cabrillo file
• big internal refactoring: improve concurrency behaviour of bandmap, call info, entry, score, and all the databases

• automate screenshot taking as far as possible to make updating the user documentation more fun
