This code was never used. The component was commented out in the initial commit for the search console plugin.

This file is mostly a duplicate of line-diff.ts in the same folder.

Description
This pull request removes unused files and dependencies. I verified these results by testing each of the plugins that was changed to make sure they work correctly, and running
yarn run packin each plugin to make sure there are no build errors.Inspired by Xavi who did the same thing in the creators repo yesterday.
