Hi! πŸ‘‹

I'm Narender Singh, a.k.a ForcePanda

I work on

I build Salesforce (orgs) that scale revenue-wise, not complexity-wise.

  • Salesforce Architecture & Delivery - Sales, Service, Experience, B2B Commerce, MuleSoft, Heroku, Slack
  • AI-driven solutions - Agentforce, Gemini, Document processing, Chatbots)
  • Complex integrations - Agentforce API, SAP, Twilio, NHS, JIRA, Freshdesk, IQVIA, Adyen, AWS, REST APIs
  • Automation & Scale - Flows, Apex, CI/CD, release automation

Over the years, I have worked with several organizations, from small scale businesses to multi-million dollar companies like Mercedes, Volkswagen, Porsche Motorsport, DHL, eBay(EU) etc. leading their Salesforce implementations to success.

Besides all this, I speak at multiple conferences across the globe. I have also had the honor of speaking at the prestigious Dreamforce and TrailblazerDX. I own a website called Forcepanda where I write a lot of Salesforce stuff. I also lead the Berlin Salesforce Community Group, where I help foster a community of learning and collaboration.

If you have made it this far, then let me tell you something I do when I'm not Salesforce-ing. Most likely, I'm either playing football or watching NBA.
