Known Bugs (Mitigated)

Win2k/icons/Win2k may have some missing icons due to tar.xz archive.

Steps to reproduce

Download icons from:
https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1581320
https://github.com/nestoris/Win98SE

and run "win2k_icons.awk" file in order to convert into Windows 2000 icons.

A lot of stuff fixed and improved, that makes the theme more lightweight and snappier.
