[Docs] Update installation instructions for latest package formats and ArgyllCMS - #955

The install docs still claimed no Linux packages existed and didn't distinguish the arch-specific macOS/Windows installer assets, out of date with what releases actually publish now.
None of the install docs mentioned ArgyllCMS at all, even though DisplayCAL can't take measurements without it and it ships separately from every package/installer. Documents the built-in first-run download/browse/Homebrew prompt and the manual install path.
