This would be a highly valuable enhancement. The ability to explicitly set deviceId for input and output at session start is critical for applications where users need to select specific microphones or speakers, especially in professional or accessibility-focused environments. Our team has also felt this limitation, and merging this PR, or one like it, would go a long way in making the SDK production-ready for more advanced use cases. Would love to see this get prioritized and merged soon! |
