• Records a sanitized private preflight for test(runtime): execute private Discord-to-Engram vertical slice #211 after explicit request to prepare live/private execution.
• Confirms local runtime, Engram, OpenClaw health, and Discord plugin readiness at summary level only.
• Keeps the live Discord message and live Engram write/readback blocked because readiness still requires runtime approval enforcement, no-op observation proof, and separate explicit execution approval.
