As of 2019-02-12 the name of the Republic of Macedonia was changed to the Republic of North Macedonia. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prespa_Agreement
As of 2018-04-19 the name was changed to "Kingdom of Eswatini", or "Eswatini" for short. See: http://www.times.co.sz/news/118373-kingdom-of-eswatini-change-now-official.html
As of 2022-06-01 Turkey requested the UN to recognize their country as "Türkiye". See: https://www.aa.com.tr/en/americas/un-registers-turkiye-as-new-country-name-to-replace-turkey/2603492

The upstream version is out of date, with old versions of names for Eswatini, North Macedonia, and Türkiye. See: ecrmnn/iso-3166-1#11
