This repo is actually an out-of-date development branch. dnstap support was merged into the Unbound mainline for version >= 1.5.0.

You can fetch the latest Unbound release with built-in dnstap support from http://unbound.net/download.html, or if you want a git repository, Frank Denis maintains a git-svn mirror of the NLnet Labs subversion repository at https://github.com/jedisct1/unbound.
