Stopping bleeding with a duct tape?
Cringe once again, we have medicine and bandages for this purpose, including makeshift ones.

Yeah... You can tear any piece of clothing into bandages for a reason. And stopping your bleeding with duct tape would be a REALLY bad idea (drying blood is really good adhesive on it's own so duct tape is double hell to tear off your skin + it's probably less sterile than a torn shirt + some adhesives can slightly melt your skin) |

Duct tape shouldn't be used to seal wounds - maybe it could find use for FBPs or prosthetic limbs though.
Otherwise, the makeshift splints are quite useful and we've been needing those for a while.

About The Pull Request
This tape allows splint fabrication, reduce robolimb malfunction chance to zero, and makeshift inflatable make!
sprites not included, kept as default.
Tape also disabled from binding limbs on help or harm intent to prevent accidentally taping self handcuffed instead of taping self fixed.
