I think this is caused by the call to `go mod tidy` in the Taskfile. fixes delaneyj#8
- use datastar-go instead of old beta container in the main datastar repository - use datastar-go v1.0.2 - use datastar v1.0.0-RC.5

@delaneyj I had to upgrade the dependencies anyways to verify that a newer datastar version doesn't fix #10 / #6 I thought I might as well open a PR. This repo seems to be the most complete example for the datastar go SDK, so I think it's useful to keep it up to date. :)
