Python plugin for Nicotine+
Detects and bans leechers. Will message user (you can customise the message) and log the event. If a banned user subsequently shares the minimum number of files and folders, will they will be unbanned.
Based on Nicotine+ plugin Leech Detector

Copy to [user]\AppData\Roaming\nicotine\plugins\Leech_banner or equivalent location on other platforms.
