openstack-exporter-helm-charts dependency source code is about to be archived

Hi team,

The code in repository sovereignCloudStack/openstack-exporter-helm-charts

is currently used as a dependency in the dNation Kubernetes Monitoring Stack

However, the upstream (SCS) openstack-exporter-helm-charts repository is planned to be archived due to inactivity and general cleanup of SCS repositories.

Please consider moving (fork) this repository to the ALASCA GitLab, so the source code remains available and maintained.

The PR mentioned has now been merged. There is currently still a technical error with the used GitHub manager, but the repository itself is now archived.

Original openstack-exporter project now integrated the helm chart in a subfolder in the repo, providing official helm chart directly themselves. According to a fresh commit releases of openstack-exporter should also build and publish the helm chart.

We could then use this official helm chart. In the SCS fork there was one addition - extra volumes and volume mounts option which we use for CA certificates.

I created a PR upstream to integrate this option, when it is merged we can use official helm chart directly.
