I've added an install script that creates a fresh anaconda environment and installs all necessary packages automatically. I also updated the package structure to use pyproject.toml instead of the outdated setup.py method (see this article) for why this is necesary)
To facilitate the above changes, I moved
thecov/intosrc/thecov/, but the files themselves are unchanged
