Hey! This adds Parsec support to the registry.

I use Parsec for remote gaming and dev work - it has way better latency than most RDP solutions. Figured it would be useful for Coder workspaces too.

The module:

  • Installs Parsec automatically on start
  • Supports headless mode (no physical display needed)
  • Works on Ubuntu/Debian workspaces

Closes #205

Let me know if anything needs changes!

Adds a new Coder module for Parsec remote desktop access.

Features:
- Automatic Parsec installation on workspace start
- Headless mode support for virtual displays
- Auto-start configuration
- Documentation and tests included

Fixes coder#205

Since this is a bounty submission can you please provide a video showing off the features of this working in coder and showing the connection to the workspace with parsec.

I tried to test this and it didn't get through the installation.

Parsec hosting is only supported on Windows. Updated module to support Windows workspaces via PowerShell silent install. Linux install is now client-only and fails gracefully on ARM64.

@Ashutosh0x, we did not see Pasrsec anywhere in the video. The Workspace did not even start. Please do not waste the time of the maintainers.
