This pull request introduces right-to-left (RTL) language support and localization framework for the CNCF Cloud Native Landscape.\n\nKey changes include:\n- Localization section in landscape.yml with RTL settings.\n- Persian translation file with categories and subcategories.\n- Documentation for schema and RTL implementation.\n- RTL stylesheet and example HTML template.\n- Updated localizations README.\n\nHeadings are now translatable and right-aligned when dir="rtl".
